The Church Mission Society seeks to work in partnership with overseas
churches, seeing mission as relating to the whole of life - evangelism,
renewal of the church and justice.
Opportunities exist for nurses within the organisation, but at
present only a few openings per year. For example, at the present
time we are looking for a nurse / midwife to work in a Community
Health Programme in Zaire, Diocese of Bukavu. A tropical medicine
qualification would be required, also French and later Swahili.
We also have a vacancy for an Occupational Therapist to work in
Uganda.
