YWAM is an international, interdenominational Christian missionary
organisation which is also involved in relief and development projects.
We are involved in numerous health care projects in Africa, Asia
and South America.
Opportunities available
There are many exciting opportunities for nurses to work in PHC
in many unreached areas such as Nepal, India, Cambodia. There are
also opportunities in Uganda and Brazil - and new opportunities
present themselves all the time. French speaking nurses are required
in Senegal and Mali.
Conditions of service
YWAM is a voluntary organisation and therefore no salaries are
paid. All staff pay their own living costs. For anyone joining for
longer than a few months would be required to complete a YWAM Discipleship
Training School.
