Bedford Hospital NHS Trust has been providing excellent healthcare services to people living in and around Bedford for over 200 years. We are proud of our history and heritage but we are also keen to embrace changes we know will benefit our patients.
As part of our commitment to improving healthcare services and standards we are working to change Bedford Hospital to a Foundation Trust. This means increased independence from government control and giving local people the opportunity to shape and influence the hospital’s future.
