The hospitals of Lincoln and Louth employ almost 4,500 staff. The County Hospitals of Lincoln and Louth have 728 and 124 beds respectively. We have a new purpose built radiotherapy suite at the County Hospital, with the latest state of the art technology. Lincoln is a vibrant developing City. It has recently become a University City, which is currently enjoying further expansion. Louth is in a delightful rural setting approximately 25 miles east of Lincoln. The Hospital boasts a wide range of facilities including on-site accommodation and a sports and social club.
Grantham Hospital is a 200 bedded acute unit within Trent Region providing a wide range of acute services to the local population. In recent years the hospital has undergone a substantial number of capital developments to expand and improve facilities. It offers staff free parking, creche facilities, staff restaurant, occupational health, etc. Grantham Hospital has been granted the prestigious Investors in People Award. Staff at Grantham are committed to raising standards at Grantham and pursuing professional development.
Pilgrim is a modern district general hospital in Boston, comprising of 640 beds whilst the community hospitals at Spalding and Skegness have 28 and 35 beds respectively. They provide a full range of services to the population of south-east Lincolnshire. Pilgrim Hospital has a 20 bedded private unit (The Bostonian). The hospital is undergoing a 12m. programme, including a new state of the art A&E Department, 2 new wards and 2 new Orthopaedic theatres.
