The trust has taken over community services that were formally run by Redbridge Healthcare Trust.
Services Managed by the PCTs
Chingford, Wanstead and Woodford Primary Care Trust will be responsible for managing certain services, others will be managed on behalf of CWW by neighbouring PCTs within Redbridge and Waltham Forest (Redbridge, and Walthamstow, Leyton and Leytonstone), whilst other services will be managed by all three.
Chingford, Wanstead and Woodford will be responsible for:
District Nursing.
Health Visiting.
Speech and language Therapy.
Counselling.
Learning Disability.
Home Care Nursing Store.
Specialist Nursing(Stoma, leg ulcer, continence).
Older Peoples Continuing Care.
