The most cost-effective way to use our service is to send us ALL your vacancies. For one small annual payment (roughly equivalent to the cost of one good sized advert in a professional journal for one week), you can send us as many vacancies as you like, as often as you like, for a whole year. There are no copy restrictions, and the job can stay on the system for as long as you require. Your complete application pack can be attached to each vacancy, or alternatively you can make use of our bespoke online application system at no extra cost. All vacancies are featured on our network of partner sites.

This has been specifically built for the health sector and closely follows the DoH national standard application form. However it also includes a number of pre-screening questions on visa status and professional registration to help filter out inappropriate applications. Completed online application forms are returned to the HR department as an email attachment, from where they can either be printed out, or emailed to the short-listing panel. The candidate also receives a copy of the form for their records. Full back-ups are stored in two separate secure on-line locations.
