This site is provided to allow job seekers to find out about current vacancies at the Trust and to make applications, on their own behalf.
User Accounts can be created to use the automated “Jobs by Email” service and to apply for vacancies using the system’s online application forms. These accounts are for personal use only. They must not be used for commercial purposes and you should not share your log in details or password with anyone else.
Jobs-by-email: You can request that a personalised job bulletins is sent to your personal email address. If you want to cancel or change the specifications for your personal bulletin you can do this by logging into your account. You can cancel your bulletins by using the link in all emails that we send.
Job Applications: In order to start a Job Application, using this systems online application forms, you must have a User Account. You can re-access and submit part completed applications up until the closing date/time for the vacancy that you are applying for. Part completed applications are deleted automatically from the database 1 month after the vacancy closes.
Submitting an Application: On submitting an application you are verifying that everything that you have entered is correct. Completed applications are used by the Royal Free (Hampstead) NHS Trust to assess your suitability for the vacancy that you have applied for. Copies of you application, in part or in full, may be saved onto Royal Free (Hampstead) NHS Trust databases. Nursingnet Ltd automatically deletes all applications, that are held in its database, 400 days after they have been submitted.
NursingNet Ltd is registered with the Data Protection Registrar. Nursingnet Ltd is the Data Processor acting on the employer’s behalf in respect of any Personal Data processed for those individuals whose data is processed as part of the Service.
Royal Free (Hampstead) NHS Trust a is the Data Controller for Personal Data for those individuals whose data is processed as part of this service.
