We’re incredibly proud of the Middlewood Partnership – our team of 160 staff who work together to provide safe and responsive services to our 34,000 patients across Bollington, Disley and Poynton. 

Across the country, general practice is going through challenging times, demand for services has increased dramatically in the last few years, and COVID has provided an additional pressure. 

However, Middlewood’s size, structure and team ethos has put us in a better position to meet the challenge head on – to not only manage the increased demands, but to grow and develop our services to improve the care we provide to our patients. 

We’re proud of what we’ve achieved and want to share our story to show how we got to where we are today; what we believe makes us different from lots of other GP practices; and how this helps us provide safe and responsive services to the population we serve.

There’s still lots we want to do, but we believe we have the right foundations in place to thrive and continue to improve.
