This is a fixed term post for 9 months, due to covering of maternity leave.

Hywel Dda University Health Board has an exciting opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic and ambitious nurse to join our dedicated neonatal unit for 9 months

We are committed to the provision of high quality evidence based practice to meet the needs of parents and babies incorporating family centred care.

Neonatal services in Hywel Dda University Health Board provides 1 stabilisation cot, 4 high dependency cots and 8 special care cots, with a transitional care service in development.

We are seeking an enthusiastic nurse with a RSCN/Child Branch/Midwifery qualification. A neonatal qualification is desirable. You will need a caring attitude with good oral and written communication skills, computer skills are also desirable.Good time management and decision making skills are required. This post involves working 24 hours a week working both long days and nights on a rota basis.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post.
