We are seeking dynamic, motivated and innovative qualified Nurses to support the Senior/Junior Sisters and Ward Team on the General Surgical Ward / Colorectal / Gynaecological Surgery.

The post holders will liaise with the both the Sisters to achieve high quality standards throughout the Departments. Candidates will possess excellent interpersonal skills and must be able to demonstrate a high level of personal and professional development.

The role will involve providing a high standard of clinical care to all patients within the Ward area and Scheduled Care areas and will support delivery of a high-level quality service within budget, whilst meeting the clinical governance agenda.

The successful candidate will be expected to work full time/part time whilst demonstrating the following qualities:-

• Strong organisational skills.
• Be able to work using own initiative.
• A flexible approach.
• Team working.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
