An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Hywel Dda University Health Board, Pembrokeshire for a highly motivated Diabetic Clinical Nurse Specialist, Band 7.
The post holder must be highly motivated, possess excellent leadership skills and demonstrate good interpersonal skills to contribute to the development of the service and directly manage the band 6 diabetes Clinical Nurse Specialist Team.
Applicants will need to have experience of nursing patients with diabetes, plus evidence of teaching patients to manage their conditions.
The applicants must possess a Masters or have the equivalent level of experience and ideally be a non medical prescriber.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Interviews to be held on 9th April 2019.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
