An opportunity has arisen for a qualified nurse to cover maternity leave within the District Nursing Teams of Vale of Taf & Carmarthen Town. This will be a fixed term contract until February 2020. 

We are looking for a qualified nurse who is motivated, autonomous, with an interest in community nursing.

The candidate will be expected to deliver care to patients in their own homes using an integrated approach.

Community experience desirable but not essential.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Interviews will be held on Wednesday the 7th August 2019.
