Exciting opportunity within the Huyton CoRe service as Clinical team Manager, the service is undergoing a significant redevelopment of it's accommodation which will provide, fit for purpose, modernised healthcare facilities to support the local community as part of the borough and Trust place based care strategy.

As a must you will have:

  • Up to date Professional Registration e.g. RMN, RNLD, OT, SW
  • Experience of working with clients with learning disabilities/mental health issues

The successful candidate will be supported to develop the model of care and operational procedures and will be expected to lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals. You will also have the opportunity to develop the service and staff team to meet the needs of the local community.

You will ensure effective integration of Mental Health Services by establishing and maintaining effective and productive relationships with physical health colleagues to ensure, once a patient is referred to the service, they have all their health needs met.

This post is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check with an adults barred list check.  Successful candidates will either have a valid DBS check with the Trust or will be required to pay for the cost of the DBS Disclosure which is £47.50 for an enhanced disclosure with adults barred list, the cost of which will be deducted from first salary.
