Wirral Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) is a therapy based service which offers support to children and young people with mild to severe mental health difficulties and their families and carers. We work in close alignment with the Local Authority, Education and the Voluntary Sector. Our aim is to ensure that children receive the right support, from the right service at the right time.
Due to the current national focus on children’s services and subsequent investment an exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of the development of CAMHS service in Wirral in response to this challenge.
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Wirral Spoke which is part of Cheshire and Wirral Partnerships CYP Eating Disorder Service. This post is a job share with another highly experienced ED Therapist. For this role you will have a good knowledge and experience of eating disorders and it would be advantageous if you had team lead and supervisor experience. Whilst the role is within the Wirral scope there may be a requirement to travel around the footprint to assist the other Spokes and Hub.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
