An exciting opportunity has risen to join our compassionate nursing teams in the Redcar Primary Care Networks in community nursing.

You will be working alongside a highly skilled workforce including, Registered Nurses and Health Care Assistants and liaising closely with other members of the MDT including therapist’s, GPs and Care Navigators.

Main duties of the job

As a valued team member your development will be supported through a robust induction programme, regular in service training and clinical and managerial supervision. Training opportunities are supported by the registered nurses and is actively encouraged by the Clinical Lead.

Working hours for the service is 08:00-18:00 7 days a week on a rota basis

This is an exciting position to be able to offer you the opportunity to work as a Registered Nurse Associate supporting the community nursing service, reviewing patients in their own home/nursing or residential setting.

You must be able to travel independently throughout the community.
