Lead Decontamination Technician

Here’s more about the role and what we’re looking for; 

The Endoscopy Unit are looking to recruit an Endoscopy Technician Team Leader on a Permanent full time basis.

You will join and lead a team that provide a high quality decontamination service supplying endoscopes to multiple department in the trust: in line with national decontamination guidelines to both the Endoscopy department and other areas of the hospital. 

Responsibilities will include ensuring and supervising of all equipment is thoroughly decontaminated to the highest possible standard. Ensuring that all JAG audits and standards are followed. Checking and arranging availability of staff and equipment for the day to day running of a busy Endoscopy unit.

Previous experience of team leading would be advantageous but not essential.
