This is an exciting opportunity to join our Patient Flow Team at the Royal Derby Hospital. Do you possess the skills and attributes to support patient flow in a fast paced environment and improve the patient experience whilst maintaining safety?
The key aspects of the role include support for site management, help with day to day operational management to all divisions within the Trust, guidance for managing daily capacity issues, patient navigation and patient flow and providing clinical support to wards, departments, the Medical Assessment Unit and Emergency Department.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Nurse with excellent demonstrable leadership and management experience to join the team. The team provides on-site cover to the Royal Derby Hospital 24/7 on a rotational shift basis including weekends and nights. Part time and full time hours will be considered.
