Staff Nurse

Band 5

We work to improve lives by demonstrating compassion, openness and empowerment.

Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (EPUT) is an award-winning, multidisciplinary trust providing community and mental health services and learning disability and social care services for a population of 1.3million people in Essex, Suffolk, Bedfordshire, and Luton.

Our Trust values – compassionate, empowering and open – are embedded in how we deliver care to people in their own homes and from over 200 community and hospital based settings and our workforce is key to being able to provide the highest quality care.

In 2018 we were rated ‘good’ by the Care Quality Commission and we are working hard to achieving an ‘outstanding’ rating by 2020.

We are looking for individuals to join the EPUT team and be part of transforming services in our communities.

In return we can offer exceptional education, training and development opportunities as well as a wide range of benefits, which include salary sacrifice schemes and the opportunity to buy or sell up to one week of annual leave to support a healthy work-life balance.

Unlike acute hospital services, Community Health Services, mental health and learning disability services are mainly provided in community settings with defined geographical localities. As a result we operate from various locations across Bedfordshire, Essex and Suffolk

Our approach to recruitment is values based and applicant's must be able to demonstrate the Trust's corporates values and behaviours which are Open, Compassionate and Empowering.

Would you like to work in a caring friendly environment and make a difference to people’s lives?

Are you a registered Mental Health Nurse looking for a change? If so we have a fantastic opportunity for you.

We are looking for Registered Nurses (experienced or newly qualified) to join our Older Adults Team at Epping.

If successful you will be involved with a wide multi-disciplinary team caring for older adults. It is essential that you are interested in and excited at the opportunity to work with older people, but training will be provided. You will care for your patients holistically, involving carers and relatives and work alongside medical and therapies staff. You will be able to adapt quickly to changing situations and provide high quality care to your patients.

We are keen to have staff working for us who are passionate about older peoples care and who are keen to be actively involved in service development.

We offer opportunities across our service in a range of posts either on a full time or part time basis. Please visit our Website for more information on Essex Partnership NHS foundation Trust.
