THIS POST IS FIXED TERM FOR 12 MONTHS DUE TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE SERVICE.

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Clinical Nurse Specialist to join the Haematology Service at the Alaw Unit, Ysbyty Gwynedd within Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board. The post will be based on the Unit and be instrumental in the delivery and development of the existing service, working with the existing nursing and medical teams.

We are seeking a nurse with excellent up to date specialist clinical knowledge, skills, experience and post registration qualifications. Some experience of implementing changes within services would be beneficial.

The Clinical Nurse Specialist is key to the co-ordination of the Haematology chemotherapy, within the Day Unit, In patient ward and Out patient department. The role will involve liaising regularly with healthcare professionals across health care settings within North Wales and wider.

 

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
