We currently have a vacancy for a permanent 37.5 hour Band 5 Community Nurse post working within the Central Wrexham District Nursing Service based at Grove Road Health Centre.
The post–holder will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care in the community. He/she will be expected to work collaboratively with the District Nursing Team and other agencies to provide clinically effective care without direct supervision. To support and assist the District Nursing Sister in overall team management and be responsible for deputising in the District Nursing Sister’s absence
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
