We currently have a vacancy for a permanent 35 hour Band 3 Health Care Support Worker post based at Gresford Health Centre.

Health Care Support Workers play a key role in the delivery of safe and effective care. As core members of the District Nursing Team, BCUHB (East) will recognise and value your contribution. Your role within the community will be challenging and requires commitment as we develop services across the communities of Wrexham and Flintshire. We are committed to providing you with the learning resources and opportunities for development that enable you to advance your education and training so you can continue to deliver quality care to your patients and clients.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post
