We are looking for a highly motivated and committed Nurse Team Leader. You will possess excellent communication and leadership skills to enable you to lead an excellent team of nursing staff forward in on-going improvements and change.

Swift is a 26 bedded surgical ward based in the Treatment Centre at Lister Hospital Stevenage. We incorporate orthopaedic elective surgery and short stay surgery.The successful applicant will be part of a team that delivers a high standard of holistic research based care.

We offer an extensive and varied training programme that will enhance your leadership skills as you will be required to deputise in the absence of the Ward Manager.

The post will require that you participate in rotational duties for 24 hour nursing cover.The successful applicant does not necessarily need surgical experience but would be preferable.
