Health and Rehabilitation Care Assistant

NHS AfC: Band 3

Trosolwg o'r swydd

The NHS is changing. More emphasis on community-based care means there’s never been a better time to join us.

We believe in treating the whole person, not just the condition. We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Health and Rehabilitation Care Assistant to join our caring and progressive team in Westbrook House in Margate..

You will work as part of a close-knit team who are dedicated to the health and wellbeing of people.

Our hospitals are nurse-led and focus on holistic rehabilitation and therapy for people who need extra help to get home, or who are nearing the end of their life.

It’s a relaxed atmosphere, but it’s never a breeze – you’ll need to think on your feet and be confident in making decisions on behalf of the patients in your care.
