Main duties of the job

Providing patient care and ensuring all activities of daily living are maintained whilst ensuring the patient receives safe and appropriate care.

Linking with all AHP's ensuring the patient receives timely and appropriate.

Ensuring the patient receives their prescribed medications at the correct time.

Participating in a research and audit completion.

Ensuring all knowledge is recorded and up to date via the Trust system.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities

Qualifications

Essential criteria
  • Registered Nurse (1st or 2nd Level)
  • Willingness to undertake teaching and assessing qualification
  • Willingness to undertake conversion course to Part 1 of the NMC register
  • Diploma/willingness to undertake Diploma
  • Teaching & assessing qualification
