Gynaecology Nurse

The Gynaecology team are looking for 2 full time band 6 nurses to join their team on the Gynae ward;

1 full time substantive post 
1 full time secondment opportunity for 12 months.

We have an exciting opportunity for a visionary Nurse seeking professional development to join the Nurse leadership team on the Gynaecology Ward/GDU/DOSAA. 

You will be a nurse who can champion the needs of women, you will be passionate and strive to make a difference for women and their families.  You will have the clinical experience to support the team and will demonstrate the ability to take on the demands of a leadership role.

The successful candidate will be organised, visionary, a role model for high standards, be interested in change management and have the ability to provide support and opportunities to more junior staff. 

Together with the Gynaecology ward team you will be leading the service to uphold the Trust Values and ensure high standards of care are achieved and maintained,and that service user experiences are optimised.
