Strategic Lead – All Age Integrated Complex Needs Service

We have an exciting opportunity for a Health Professional to lead our integrated all-age Complex Needs Service. This service includes responsibility for children’s health services, children’s social care services and adult social care services for people with complex needs, learning difficulty and disability.

This is an opportunity to utilize skills of integration, innovation and transformation under one leadership model.

The post is supported by a range of Managers from Children & Adult Social Care and Health backgrounds to ensure optimization of the life chances of children and adults. The post holder will ensure the effective delivery of the service, including developing partnerships with other providers to promote joined up working and approaches. We are looking for someone who has worked at senior level in either children or adults services who can demonstrate transferrable skills.

The post holder will be a confident health practitioner with extensive experience of managing services for people with complex needs. They will also take the lead for the development of smooth transition process from children to adult services across our entire Integrated Care Service.
