Please be advised that there is a temporary top up for Bands 1,2 and 3 to reflect the incorporation of the top up to the  living wage of £12 per hour - £23,465 per annum. This temporary top up will be in place until  the annual pay uplift for 2024/25 is confirmed

Job overview

We are currently seeking to recruit highly motivated Registered Nurses to work within Community, Scheduled and Unscheduled Care Divisions covering the full range of specialties throughout all Health Board sites.

We care for our patients 7 days a week, 24 hours a day so you will need to have a flexible approach to work to take part in a full shift system including nights and weekend working, in some areas on a 12 hour shift system or on a three shift system.

Main duties of the job

To support the Senior staff with the running of the medical ward on a shift by shift basis.

To be responsible for the assessment, planning implementation and evaluation of care

To work as a member of the multi-disciplinary team

To develop an understanding of the requirements of the National Service Framework
