Job overview
We are pleased to offer a new opportunity for registered nurses who have an interest in caring for adults within the community setting.
This exciting opportunity is a senior nurse role which will be working for the Adult Community Night Service. The role would suit registered nurses who are enthusiastic about their professional development specifically in leadership and management.
Main duties of the job
To care for patients within a community setting providing nursing assessment, diagnosis, treatment and advice and to carry out assessments on behalf of the team
To work independently under the guidance of service lead and matron and actively participate in the professional development of self and others.
To participate in provision of a night service service at weekends, evenings and Bank Holidays. Some cover may occasionally be required if necessary in supporting the CCTs .

Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Registered with NMC
- ENB 998, Mentorship qualification
Desirable criteria
- Degree in Community Health Care Nursing
- Advanced clinical skills training
Experience
Essential criteria
- Post qualification experience in a community setting
- Evidence of caseload management skills
Desirable criteria
- Experience of working with patients with acute medical needs and rehabilitation
Applicant requirements
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
