Job overview

Ambulatory Care Division have an exciting opportunity to form and develop a new  multidisciplinary team  to support a new development which will focus on  the rehabilitation of medically fit patients focused in an area within NUH. This service will be based at Queens Medical Centre Campus. The Re-enablement and Recovery unit is a bed-based facility supporting people to recover and regain their independence following a period of illness, trauma, surgery, or significant event.
