We are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic and thoughtful Charge nurses with an interest in rehabilitation and recovery to join our Leadership  team on Kennet ward. You will have excellent communication skills with a flexible and positive attitude. You should have a caring, non-judgmental and inclusive attitude and be committed to the delivery of safe, high quality care within our service. Experience in a secure setting would be an advantage, however, we acknowledge that the skills of a mental health nurse are transferable across different environments and so this is not essential.

As a charge nurse you will be expected to provide leadership and supervision to other members of the clinical team. You will work closely alongside other mental health professionals in delivering care to patients within our service. You will have the opportunity to develop your own skills and knowledge and participate in learning as part of your on-going professional development.
