Are you newly qualified or looking for a change? Would you like to join a team that work together, where everyone counts, and aim to make a difference to the patients they care for?
At Somerset Partnership, we have vacancies in the following community hospitals in the Beautiful Mendip Area: West Mendip and Frome (Cluster). We are interested in hearing from people who share the above values, and who feel they can make a difference for our patients with their dedication and expertise.
Successful applicants will have excellent communication skills and be responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of personalised care plans, to contribute to Somerset Partnership’s vision of providing excellent nursing care.
Transferable clinical skills will be supported with training packages and we can offer a period of induction/orientation tailored to your needs. Somerset Partnership also run a great Preceptorship programme for newly qualified staff.
If you are looking to relocate, the towns of Glastonbury, Shepton Mallet, Frome, Wells and Street are in the Mendip area. There are good shopping places as well as a café culture which attracts many visitors all year around. A relocation package is also available.
If you obtain a position within one of our Community Hospitals you will be in with a chance of a Glastonbury Festival 2019 Ticket! - T&C's/Timeframe applies*
