The candidate will work closely with the Ward Manager and the wider MDT to create goal directed treatment packages for our patients, as well as promoting and assuring robust risk assessment and management processes.

The Deputy Ward Manager would be responsible for supporting the Ward Manager with the day-to-day management and leadership of the service, with specific responsibility for the provision of clinical leadership to registered staff.
