Job overview

The Adult Community Mental Health Teams within Rotherham, Doncaster and East Humber NHS Foundation Trust has an exciting opportunity for a Band 6, Care Co-ordinator to join the East AMH Locality Team. As part of the Transformation of Mental Health Services, Doncaster has exciting changes ahead and is looking to appoint an agency care-coordinator to support our service.

Main duties of the job

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team as Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse. The right candidate will be enthusiastic and a highly organised mental health professional who is able to provide high quality nursing care and assessment.
The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive Community Mental Health Nursing Service across a whole range of clients experiencing mental ill health. The service will be delivered in collaboration with representatives from other agencies and therefore the ability to work independently and with partner agencies is essential.
It is essential that applicants can demonstrate post registration experience as an RMN, which may include inpatient and community settings.
