Operational Team Leader

NHS AfC: Band 7

Trosolwg o'r swydd

Our Perinatal and Maternal Mental Health Services at Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (MPFT) have seen substantial investment over recent years, resulting in the significant growth and expansion of our workforce. Our four services comprise of Brockington Parent and Baby Unit (In-patient), Shropshire Community Perinatal Service, South Staffordshire Community Perinatal Service and the Lotus Service (Maternal Mental Health Service). We are thrilled to be offering a new opportunity for an Operational Team Leader to work alongside the existing Operational Team Leader to manage two of the four services which are: the Lotus Service and South Staffordshire Perinatal Community Team.

The Staffordshire Community Perinatal Mental Health Team (PMHT) provides specialist assessment and support for women across South Staffordshire, providing clinical interventions to women experiencing mental health difficulties, and those at risk of developing mental health difficulties up to two years after baby's birth. The service supports women experiencing moderate to severe mental health conditions. The Maternal Mental Health Service provides assessment and treatment for women who have experienced loss, Tokophobia or moderate to severe anxiety associated with their maternity experience.
