Our Community Directorate is moving through a journey of transformation. These changes have given the Directorate an opportunity to refresh its clinical pathways and innovate in new areas of clinical practice. As part of these changes, CAMHS has moved to a strengthened position, inclusive of a portfolio of revised evidence based clinical pathways, underpinned by the iTHRIVE framework. Our next phase maps out the enhancement of our MDT skills and the embedding of our improved processes. Strong clinical leadership skills will be fundamental to these ongoing improvements.

The ANP will form part of the Senior Clinical Leadership Team of the Community Directorate and will be part of, and provide support to, an established leadership team.

The post holder will work across the CAMHS multi-professional teams, they will practice autonomously, whilst being accountable and self-directed in line with the NMC code of professional conduct.

Through a strong evidence base you will work to improve clinical outcomes for children and young people accessing our services.
