Trosolwg o'r swydd

The North Cumbria Crisis Resolution & Home Treatment Team have a  vacancy for an experienced and committed professional to work with the multi disciplinary team in North Cumbria providing senior clinical leadership across the service. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy service and be part of an established leadership team which covers all of North Cumbria. There are currently two bases so travel will be expected as part of the role.

Working within a complex population, this role would be ideal for someone with the following qualities and aspirations:

The candidate will have excellent skills in detailed risk assessment and risk management

The candidate will have extensive experience of multiagency working, leadership and quality service improvement.

The candidate will be able to manage a complex and demanding diary whilst providing clinical expertise, live supervision and support to the clinical team. 

The candidate will demonstrate the ability to work as part of a collective team both with internal partners and external partners.
