Dudley and Walsall Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust employs around 1,100 staff based at 28 locations across Dudley and Walsall. This includes three hospitals: Bushey Fields Hospital in Dudley, Dorothy Pattison in Walsall and Bloxwich Hospital for older adults in Bloxwich, Walsall

The Trust provides the following range of mental health services to around 560,000 children, adults and older people across Dudley and Walsall:

  • Community mental health services for children, adults and older people
  • Inpatient services for adults and older people at our three hospitals
  • Primary Care Mental Health services and Psychological Therapies
  • Mental Health Social Care Services
  • Employment, education and training support for people with mental health problems
  • Specialist deaf services for children and young people with mental health issues

We provide mental health services for children, adults and older people from Bushey Fields Hospital and a number of community sites across the Dudley area.

We are looking for nurses that have the ability to work alone and as part of a team. Demonstrate sound clinical skills and judgment as well as an understanding of the Mental Health Act and the Mental Capacity Act.

Please note, Dudley and Walsall Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust; Black Country Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust will be coming together as one organisation on 01 December 2017 through formal acquisition by Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As such, the intention is that you will be employed by Dudley and Walsall Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust until 30 November 2017, after which time your employment will transfer to Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust under the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006. The combined Trust will receive a new name from 01 Decmber 2017.
