You will be part of our world leading clinical team, working in an exciting and inspirational Trust which was rated “Outstanding” for care in our most recent CQC inspection.
The Queen Victoria NHS Foundation Trust (QVH) is offering a unique opportunity for both experienced and newly registered nurses to enhance and develop your skills across several specialities.
This substantive post will offer candidates an opportunity to complete 6 month placements in each of the areas on a rotational basis in the following departments;
- Canadian Wing – Plastic and Maxillofacial surgical ward including lower limb trauma and ENT
- Burns Ward and EBAC (Outpatient Nurse led Burns facility)
- Day Surgery Unit
You will develop knowledge and expertise in this variety of specialities including pain management, tissue viability, burns care and day surgery nursing. You will be supported by a friendly and dynamic team, with skilled multidisciplinary experts and Clinical Practice Educators available to further support you in your learning and development.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
