We are looking to appoint registered general nurses who have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
The post is for Central Halifax , delivering planned care to clients primarily in their own homes.
This is a full time vacancy.
Calderdale provides 24 hour, 7 day a week service and an element of flexible working is expected to maintain safe, effective and responsive service. The exact base for this post is to be confirmed but it will be within Calderdale.
The successful applicant will be encouraged to complete the specialist practitioner district nursing course at Leeds University which upon completion the post holder will commence a band 6 post.
It is essential that you are able to fulfill the travel requirements of the post.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
