Description
  Mental health services are provided for adults and older adults across the boroughs of Brent, Kensington & Chelsea, Westminster and Harrow. Children and adolescents are provided for in Brent, Hillingdon, Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster. Specialist substance misuse services also cover Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham and Hounslow.

The aim of these services is to offer clients the appropriate care and support they need. Many of the services have an integrated approach to both long and short-term care, which includes planning of care in the most appropriate place (i.e. at home or in hospital). The Trust's services are constantly being developed and improved to provide modern, dependable mental health services that meet the needs of people with mental health problems, their carers and families, and those of the wider community.
