The hospital is a modern purpose designed and built facility which opened in May 1993.

Most services are based at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital site but the Trust also runs a highly successful network of HIV and sexual health centres including:

  • 56 Dean Street in Soho
  • West London Centre for Sexual Health at Charing Cross Hospital
  • John Hunter Clinic at St Stephen's Centre adjacent to the main hospital site
  • A number of innovative outreach HIV and sexual health services in the local community

Our specialist services include:

  • Paediatric & Neonatal Surgery
  • Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
  • Paediatric A&E
  • High Risk Maternity
  • Burns Unit
  • Dermatology
  • HIV
  • Assisted Conception Unit (ACU)
