Job overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Department Leader to provide essential support to the Department Leader and relevant personnel in delivering high standards of holistic child and family-centered care at King's Mill Hospital. As Deputy Department Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the provision of top-tier care through individualized assessments of each child and fostering a culture of family-centered care.

  • First level registered children nurse
  • Teaching qualification
Desirable criteria
  • Working toward leadership qualification or equivalent.
  • NVQ 3 assessor/ Mentor
  • Teaching Qualification
  • ECDL
