The plan to ‘cluster’ Northamptonshire ICB and Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland (LLR) ICB has now been formally approved. Both Northamptonshire and Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland ICBs will continue to exist as separate statutory bodies, but in time they will move to work as one.
