Naomi and Jack’s is an independent charity based in Sutton Scotney that offers expert palliative care for babies, children and young adults at our purpose built hospice and in the community. We support hundreds of families in central southern England, providing outstanding care, specialist short breaks, play and activities, therapeutic support and bereavement support. We provide end of life care, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. At Naomi House, we look after babies and children aged 0-18, supporting families to make the most of their precious time together. At Jack’s Place we care for young adults aged 16-35. Jack’s Place is the only service of its kind in the south of England, offering specialist care and support as well as the chance to socialise, have fun and be independent.
