Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd

As a Band 5 Staff Nurse in AMU, you will:

  • Provide high‑quality, individualised care to patients with a wide range of acute medical conditions.
  • Carry out holistic patient assessments, develop care plans, and deliver safe, effective interventions.
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families and the wider multi‑disciplinary team.
  • Support junior colleagues, students and healthcare assistants as part of your role.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to audits, quality improvement, and governance activities.
  • Uphold the NMC Code and the Trust’s values—demonstrating integrity, openness and professionalism at all times.
