The Critical Care Outreach Advanced Practice team (CCOT ACP) are recruiting. We are looking for highly motivated, dynamic and innovative member to join our existing team and we welcome applicants from both nursing and allied health professional backgrounds. 

UHS CCOT service was established in 2001 and is a 24/7 acute care referral service covering approximately 1200 adult beds across a large tertiary centre and work collaboratively with the ward teams across all specialist areas within Southampton General Hospital & Princess Anne Hospital. Providing high quality advanced level care and management of acutely ill adult patients, adult patients who are at risk of deterioration or other immediate life-threatening events.

You will be joining a highly skilled team working closely with the Intensive Care Unit and other acute care teams/services across the hospital. The CCOT ACP role is cutting edge within the remit of Critical Care Outreach services crossing multi-professional boundaries.
