Main duties of the job

The Mount has four inpatient wards providing care and treatment for older people with dementia and mental health needs.

You’ll work as part of a supportive team to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care. This includes personal care, therapeutic support, observations, and helping to keep the ward safe and welcoming. Your focus will be on promoting wellbeing, dignity and recovery.

We provide strong ongoing support and development, including regular appraisals, personal development plans, training and study opportunities, and high‑quality clinical supervision.
