Job overview

We have exciting opportunities for a motivated  HCA to join our innovative and pro-active Tuag Adref team to provide skilled, clinical and effective care.  Tuag Adref is a rehabilitation service with an ongoing ethos of developing multidisciplinary care initiatives and addressing the needs of the surrounding population.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our integrated multidisciplinary team to help provide care, support and clinically effective evidence based care promoting care in the community. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate reliability and commitment to providing a high standard of care and support to patients in their own homes. 

The post is an exciting opportunity  to develop and build skills within a continually developing learning environment creating a dynamic and modern community hospital for the future. 

Main duties of the job

To deliver a high standard of holistic patient care, ensuring that the patients` dignity and equality is maintained at all times.

Teamwork is our priority, priding ourselves on providing evidence based, holistic and individualised care for our patients and their families.

Our staff are encouraged to continue to develop and progress to their full potential.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
