About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Workforce Training Coordinator to join our team at Community Dental Services CIC (CDS). This is a key role in supporting the development and delivery of clinical training programmes that ensure our workforce meets the highest standards of care and compliance.
You will work closely with the Clinical Workforce Development Lead and Clinical Director to design, deliver, and evaluate training aligned with CDS’s values, strategic ambitions, and regulatory requirements. This role involves travel across CDS clinics, so a full driving licence is essential.
Main duties of the job
Main Responsibilities
• Deliver and evaluate clinical training programmes in line with CDS’s Mandatory Training Plan.
• Coordinate training schedules with internal teams and external providers.
• Support accreditation processes and act as Tutor/Internal Moderator.
• Promote the use of the apprenticeship levy and support wider professional development.
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with GDC and CQC standards.
About You
• Registered with the General Dental Council.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 3 Award in Education or Training or equivalent; NEBDN Certificates in Sedation Nursing, Radiography).
• Experience in designing and delivering clinical training.
• Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills.
• Willingness to travel and a full UK driving licence.
