Band 6 Senior Staff Nurse (Haemodialysis)
We are excited to offer a Senior Staff Nurse post at Bracknell Dialysis Unit. We are looking for forward-thinking, dynamic and enthusiastic individual who has proven renal haemodialysis experience with evidence of leadership and management, and who has Advance Renal Nursing qualification and is working towards leadership competencies.
We will support you through the Senior Staff Nurse Development pathway.
Opportunities for further academic education are always supported within the renal department.
Main duties of the job
We are offering an opportunity for a motivated individual with the drive and enthusiasm to develop as a Senior Staff Nurse in Bracknell Dialysis Unit. You will be fully supported in your development.
You must have a proven track record of progressive leadership and development. Be an effective role model, self-motivated, passionate in your job, is driven and adaptable to cope with continuously changing services.
You should possess excellent communication skills, be visible and accessible with quality and standards as your priority. You will need to be flexible, learn to be resilient in order to cope with the demands of the role.
In addition you must be adaptable to change and influence your team members to enable you to implement and evaluate change in working environment. You must display and live by the Trust CARE values in your day to day.
